Let Solo answer your
questions
Will SoloKaddy or the Solo Power
unit cope with my golf bag?
During the development of the Solo power unit,
also used on the SoloKaddy, we used the heaviest
tour bags available, complete with a full set of
golf clubs, waterproofs, etc. Consequently, you will find
the Solo unit will cope with the largest golf bags
on the market in any weather condition. However,
the lighter the load, the more lively your Solo
power unit becomes. |

Will SoloKaddy or the Solo Power
unit last for 36 holes?
We do not recommend that you use Solo or SoloKaddy
for more than 18 holes when playing golf. If charged for a few hours
between rounds, it will complete another 18 holes,
but this may shorten the battery life and should
only be done occasionally.
How do I charge the Solo unit?
The battery is fitted inside the Solo unit and is
charged simply by connecting the charger to the
socket on the side of the unit. The charger is 'intelligent'
and the best that money can buy. It will automatically
assess the battery state and always deliver the
correct charge. It takes approximately 8-10 hours
to fully recharge the Solo power unit.
If Solo does require attention,
what kind of service can I expect?
All our products are designed and built to give
long and reliable service. If, however, your SoloKaddy,
Solo unit or SoloCart requires attention, our advice
line allows you contact us immediately. For local
customers, our engineers will arrange for a next
day visit. Otherwise we will arrange for the relevant
part to be sent out, or for the product to be collected.
Whatever the problem, your Solo product will only
take minutes to fix, so we'll have you back on the
golf course in no time. This is our service pledge
to you.
What happens when the battery needs
replacing?
For £34.03 + vat + carriage, Sologolf will replace
the battery and return your unit within three working
days. At the same time, we will service your unit
free of charge.
What happens if I drop or damage
my Solo power unit?
The Solo power unit is designed to withstand
the toughest terrain any golfer has to negotiate
and give many years of service. However, like most
products, it does not enjoy being dropped from a
considerable height. The good news is that every
part is replaceable and our repair costs are very
reasonable. Simply contact Sologolf and we will
be happy to provide you with a quotation. |
